BOATYARD INN - VACATION RENTALS POLICIES
Cancel free of charge up to 10 days prior to your reservation. In order to cancel a reservation you must call our office or email boatyard@whidbey.com. Please make sure you receive a cancellation confirmation via email from us. All reservations require credit card guarantee at time of booking. Room charges will be processed for your entire stay 10 days prior to your arrival and is non-refundable.
The Boatyard Inn - Vacation Rentals is a Non-Smoking and PET-FREE property. Smoking or pets in the units will result in a $500 cleaning surcharge and you will be asked to leave the property without credit.
NOISE ORDINANCE: Please remember the Langley Noise Ordinance is of greatest importance and must be strictly adhered to. No parties or events are permitted on the premise of Boatyard Inn - Vacation Rentals, and the occupancy cap is strictly enforced. This vacation rental is situated among condos who's owners who are full-time residents. Please respect their property. Failure to follow the Noise Ordinance could result in monetary fines. IF EVIDENCE OF AN EVENT OR PARTY IS FOUND, YOU COULD FACE A FINE OF $500 TO $1,000 FOR NON-COMPLIANCE OF THE RULES.
SCHEDULED DEPOSIT
10 day(s) before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), 100% of the remaining balance will be collected. Applies to: all reservations.
CHILDREN & PETS
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Pets are not allowed.
